To reschedule your order, please follow the steps
- Go to the Furlenco app
- Visit the ‘My Orders’ section
- Click on ‘more details’ for the package/product you want to reschedule
- Click on the 'Reschedule Delivery/Pickup' button
- Complete the rest of the steps to confirm your request
Please note that you will only be able to reschedule your order up to 24hours prior to the scheduled activity date.
