We understand that sometimes things don't go according to plan. If for any reason your rental furniture or appliance is not ready for pickup on the scheduled pickup date, don't worry. We're here to help.
If you need to reschedule your pickup, simply log in to our Furlenco app and follow these steps:
Click on your profile: On the app, click on your profile icon in the bottom right corner.
- Go to "My Orders": From your profile page, select "My Orders."
- View pending orders: Locate the order that you need to reschedule and select "View Order."
- Reschedule the pickup: On the order details page, you'll see an option to "Reschedule Pickup." Simply click on this option, and you'll be able to select the next available pickup date that works for you.
