Absolutely! We understand that plans can change, and you may need to reschedule the pick up of your furniture or appliances. You can easily do this through the Furlenco app a day prior to your scheduled pick up date. While we recommend that you return the items as per the original schedule, we understand that things come up, and we are happy to provide you with the option to move the pick up date. Please note that rescheduling will be available as per the available slots, so you can easily find a time that works for you.
We are happy to accommodate up to two rescheduling requests for pick up. However, please note that after the second rescheduling, we will assume that you wish to continue renting the furniture and will expect rental payments to continue as usual. We hope this flexibility provides you with peace of mind and makes your rental experience with us even more enjoyable.
