We understand that plans can change, and you may need to reschedule the delivery of your furniture or appliances. You can easily do this through the Furlenco app a day prior to your scheduled delivery date. While we recommend that you accept delivery per the original schedule, we understand that things come up, and we are happy to provide you with the option to move the delivery date. Please note that rescheduling will be available as per the available slots, so you can easily find a time that works for you.
Our champs will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes at the delivery location. If no one is available to receive the order within this time frame, our champs will have to proceed to the next delivery location on their route. In case the delivery cannot be completed, we will communicate a new date of delivery based on the availability of the next delivery slot. Our in-house Furlenco team will deliver and set up your furniture, and you can track the delivery status of your order using the Furlenco App. If you have any issues or concerns, you can contact our champs using the provided number. Our goal is to provide a hassle-free and efficient delivery process for all of our customers.
