Our champs will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes at the delivery location. If no one is available to receive the order within this time frame, our champs will have to proceed to the next delivery location on their route. In case the delivery cannot be completed, we will communicate a new date of delivery based on the availability of the next delivery slot. Our in-house Furlenco team will deliver and set up your furniture, and you can track the delivery status of your order using the Furlenco App. If you have any issues or concerns, you can contact our champs using the provided number.
