Furlenco is a leading rental company that provides high-quality furniture and appliances to customers. Our priority is to offer peace of mind to our customers by providing a Furniture Care Program that protects rented items from damages due to normal wear and tear.
The Furlenco Care Program covers accidental damages and general wear and tear up to a maximum of ₹70,000. It's important to note that there are specific inclusions and exclusions under this program, which are detailed in the General Inclusions and Exclusions section of T&C. Customers can easily enroll in the program while placing their orders.
At Furlenco, we understand that accidents happen and we provide coverage for damages to furniture and appliances, including normal wear and tear, scratches and dents, liquid spills and food stains, cracks and tears, and damages caused by bugs and fungus, among others. However, we kindly request that our customers take proper care of the rented furniture and appliances to ensure that they are protected from damages that are not covered under this program.
Please note that damages resulting from burglary or theft of the product(s) are not covered by our policy. In addition, damages that are voluntarily caused or worsened with sharp objects, hand or power tools, cigarette butts, or other forms of abuse are not covered. We encourage all of our customers to treat our furniture with care and respect.
In the unfortunate event of any abusive damages caused to our furniture, we reserve the right to recover the full price of the asset from the customer. This policy is in place to protect our assets and ensure that they are maintained in good condition for the benefit of all customers.
