We understand that sometimes changes may need to be made to your order. While we don't offer the ability to edit or change your order after it has been confirmed, we do allow for cancellations and new orders to be placed.
Please note that orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched and the order status can be checked on our user-friendly mobile app. If during installation and setup you find that the furniture doesn't meet your expectations, you have the option to reject the delivery and cancel the order through the FURLENCO app.
We want to make sure that you're completely satisfied with your rental experience, so we offer a full refund for canceled orders, which will be reflected in your source account within 7 business days.
